Deposit will be forfeited in event of cancellation without 14 day written notice, no shows, late arrivals or early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons. A refund fee of $25 will be charged prior to 14 days. (A $45 fee will be charged for cabins.)

Features:
Our Cabin units come with 2 Bunk Beds, Full Size Futon Couch Bed, Sink, Dinette, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cable TV Hookup, Bathroom, Deck, Firepot, Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill and Awning.

Deposit:
A 50% deposit for rental must be received at time of reservation. Holiday weeks and weekends require full payment. All reservations made less than 21 days prior to arrival must be paid by credit card.

Security:
A security deposit of $135.00 (Cash Only) will be required at time of arrival. Security deposit will be returned in full providing there was no damage done to the Cabin and site, and that it is in as clean condition as when you took occupancy.

Rules & Policies:
*No smoking allowed in our Cabins.
*No pets allowed.
*No tents on Cabin site.
*No clotheslines.
*No children allowed at cabins unsupervised.
*All visitors must register at office at all times.
*All adults are required to sign in and provide picture ID.
*Signature of all adults 18 and older required.
*2 cars per cabin site. Other parking available. No parking on other sites.
Mopeds, ATV's, and motorized skateboards are NOT allowed.
*Picnic tables are to stay at the sites they are assigned to.
*Linens, cooking utensils and televisions are not provided.(There is cable hook-up).
*The cabin must be cleaned, garbage brought to the dumpster and the site must be left in clean condition.
*Grill must be emptied of charcoal, debris, etc.
*Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the entire campground. Please follow one way roads.
*Do not remove furniture inside of cabin.
*No washing of cars.
*Children under 8 must be accompanied in the showers and camp bathrooms.
Children 5 and under must be accompanied at all times.
*No sanitary items may be flushed in cabin or camp toilets.
*Quiet hours are enforced between 11 pm and 8 am.
*Please respect others' property. DO NOT go on others' capsites unless invited.
*Adults are responsible for actions of themselves, family, and guests.
*Fee is for 6 people only, additional charges apply for visitors or overnight stay upon management approval.
*Cabins not subject to club rates or discounts.
*Check-in time is 4pm
*Check-out time is 11am

Pool Rules:
ALL children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please follow all posted pool rules.
